Iron Hills began with a few beehives, a passion for creating, and a deep respect for nature’s sweetest gift: honey. What started as a hands-on love for beekeeping soon evolved into a fascination with fermentation, flavour, and the craft of mead-making. We continue to use our honey — to keep our roots close and our mead full of character.
